Account Scoring and Analysis
Once an account is placed into our system, it is scored for collectability, as well as scrubbed for pertinent information (such as bankrupt or deceased consumers). This helps us streamline our workflow and apply our efforts to accounts that have a higher chance of being collected. Additionally, we have both automated skiptracing programs as well as a skiptracer in-house to find new contact information for consumers.

- When a determination is made that voluntary payment and subsequent resolution of an account is not forthcoming, CBHV management looks at the recovery score, employment information, and home equity to determine if suit is appropriate.
Making a payment should be the easy part. Payments may be made in person at our office, via mail, via telephone with E-check or credit/debit/HSA card (medical debt only), or through our online portal.
Should our clients elect this option, we are able to report past due accounts to the three major credit reporting agencies. Our compliance manager works diligently along with the rest of the management team to ensure that all credit reporting is done within the confines of current regulations.
