History

With over 50 years in the industry, CBHV’s record reflects a commitment to integrity and three generations of experience.

Though we have grown and changed, our aim is the same: to build long-lasting partnerships with our clients while maximizing recovery.

Three Generations of Resolving Collections with Professionalism and Integrity

Our grandfather, Ralph Najork, who founded CBHV in 1974, was a man of modest ambition. He had a simple goal: to work for his clients’ interests with the highest degree of integrity. At the time, he never envisioned his company would become a leading agency in the credit and collection industry. It did because Ralph’s approach resonated with clients, who wanted to retain accounts after collection. A respectful collection process ensures that is a possibility.

Fred Najork, our father and past president of CBHV, strived to provide the same high level of professionalism in our industry as his father before him. He served as president of the New York State Collectors Association, as well as director for ACA International. With the same degree of integrity, Fred enabled CBHV to reach new heights. Under his leadership, CBHV grew from a staff of three people to over sixty employees.

Today, our generation has taken the lead in the collection industry. Eric Najork is a current board member and a past president of the New York State Collectors Association, as well as a delegate to the ACA International. Our agency is housed in a privately-owned facility and utilizes the latest in technology and security. Though we have grown and changed, our aim is the same: to build long-lasting partnerships with our clients while maximizing recovery.

We believe your business will benefit from our customized solutions, effective collection techniques, and professional approach. Our experience and high standards have earned the trust of our clients for almost five decades. Talk to us about how we can meet your goals while preserving customer relationships.
