Our collectors and customer service representatives make the difference at CBHV. We are very proud of our dedicated, effective, and professional staff collecting on our clients’ behalf. It is a difficult task to call and ask consumers for money day in and day out. CBHV trains our collectors to always stay within the laws of the FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB and HIPAA, among others. Management monitors the calls and actions of CBHV collectors to ensure this actually happens. We also actively incentivize our collectors with contests, performance based bonuses, and collector of the month recognition. Many of our collectors would be management and/or supervisory level employees at other organizations. CBHV and its clients are fortunate to have them working on their behalf.
From a recovery standard, CBHV’s goal is to maximize dollars collected within the regulatory framework by which we are governed. The combination of our highly trained professional debt collectors and cutting edge technology typically make CBHV the top agency its clients’ use.
Our client service department acts as the liaison between the collection floor at CBHV and its clients. This extremely able group meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients. We proactively and reactively respond to our clients’ needs in a timely manner.
