CBHV is currently accepting resumes for Full Time and Part Time Telephone Collectors!
- $12 per hour for FT & $11.10 per hour for PT
- Salary plus bonus structure
- $250 Sign On Bonus (FT positions only)
These positions involve making computer assisted phone calls in a call center environment to consumers regarding past due bills. Our Full Time collection positions include Non-Medical and Medical Collections. All collection positions require candidates who possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and negotiate. Candidates should be able to work independently, as well as part of team. Basic computer skills are also required.
Our full time positions require some evening hours (12:00pm to 9:00pm) once per week and one Saturday morning per month (8:30am to 12:30pm).
Our Part Time collectors work a minimum of 20 hours per week. They must work a minimum of two evenings per week, between Monday and Thursday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm and 2 Saturdays per month from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
